Ryan T. Rotzell, P.E.

With two and a half decades of experience working as a structural engineer, Ryan takes pride in every single project he is involved with. He is committed to working with members of the design and construction teams to develop creative, cost-effective solutions.

Professional Experience

Throughout his career, Ryan has provided structural engineering services for a variety of project types, including parking decks, medical office buildings, warehouses, mixed-use apartment buildings, hospitals, K-12 schools, university buildings, senior living facilities, and more. This substantial experience, along with a willingness to adapt to the needs of each project, has established Ryan as a team member clients know they can count on.

Educational Background

Ryan attended Penn State University and graduated with both bachelor’s and a master’s degrees in architectural engineering. In 2014, Ryan was recognized by Lehigh Valley Business in their “40 Under 40” honors. He holds professional engineering licenses in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Personal Life

In his free time, Ryan enjoys camping with his family and golfing.

Steven F. Montgomery, P.E.

With over 10 years of professional experience, Steve has worked on a variety of projects, including mid-rise office buildings, hospitals, dormitories, warehouses, and renovations to existing structures, among others. This diverse experience, along with his strong work ethic, has given Steve the ability to perform structural design calculations, develop documents, and provide construction administration services.

With a vision for the final product, Steve is proficient in all design development processes, including Building Information Modeling (BIM). This allows Steve to apply his 3D modeling skills, using Revit to precisely coordinate with the design and construction teams throughout the project process.

Always on the cutting edge of the industry, Steve remains up to date on the latest technologies and continually advances and updates the methods by which projects are designed and documented within the office.

Educational Background

After growing up in Abington, PA, Steve attended and graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
